When sieving pharmaceutical products, mesh blinding can be an expensive problem. With such high value material at stake, you need to ensure optimum throughput and the most accurate sieving possible.

The Vibrasonic^® system applies an ultrasonic frequency directly to the sieve mesh. This breaks down the surface tension, effectively making the mesh friction free.

The Vibrasonic^® Deblinding System can be combined with any Russell Finex sieve to eliminate mesh blinding and allow sieving of difficult powders on meshes as low as 20µm (625 mesh).
