The new EM27/SUN Series spectrometers represent Fourier transfer infrared (FTIR) remote sensing analysers dedicated for atmospheric measurements.

They quantify gases such as carbon dioxide and methane in the atmosphere by analysing the radiation of the sun utilising the CAMTracker system. This is an innovative camera-based feedback system following the sun as a light source.

The EM27/SUN Series spectrometers provide a very compact and robust design that is relatively low-weight and has an intuitive user interface.

They are also highly portable and ideally suited for long-term measurement campaigns in remote areas with little infrastructure.
