The HTS-XT is an external accessory for Fourier transfer infrared (FTIR) spectrometers that allows automated measurements of samples in transmission and diffuse reflection mode using standard microplate formats.
Key features include reusable plates, user-friendly software for automated data acquisition and evaluation, and configuration for mid-infrared (MIR) and near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy.
The microplate extension HTS-XT allows the application of FTIR spectroscopy as a method for high-throughput screening. The acquisition, control and evaluation of spectral data from large numbers of samples are performed by the OPUS/LAB software.
