Synexus through its network of wholly owned sites staffed by full time good clinical practice trained investigators is able to carry out the whole of a Phase II trial or provide thousands of patients to a Phase III trial.
In Phase II Synexus can carry out the entire study thereby reducing times dramatically as well as costs. Synexus has clinical trial centers in Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, South Africa and India.
Michael Fort, CEO of Synexus, said: “We are continuing to expand across Eastern Europe and this is the next chapter of our expansion. What is so exciting about this development is that we can not only carry out clinical trials for our clients in primary care but we can also undertake selected secondary care trials. We are working with a number of leading specialists in central nervous system and are looking to expand into other secondary therapeutic areas.”
