Poniard names new senior vice president and CFO

Mr Weaver is primarily responsible for management of the financial operations of the company. Most recently, Mr Weaver served as CFO of Talyst, a pharmacy automation healthcare IT company from 2007 to December 2008.

Mr Weaver is a certified public accountant and received his MBA in finance from Boston College and his BS in accounting from Trinity University.
