news.Adaltis, an international in vitro diagnostic company, has appointed Erez Barnavon to its board of directors and as a member of the corporate governance committee, the compensation committee and the nominating committee.

Mr Barnavon is senior vice president with Clarity Partners. Mr Barnavon’s appointment fills the vacancy created from the resignation of Kevin Lu from the board of directors.
As a result of these changes, the current board of directors of Adaltis is composed of Michelle Cormier, chairman of Adaltis, Peter Bambic, Mr Barnavon, Peter Kruyt, Pierre Larochelle, Chen-Chong Tay and Victor Yang.
