Mr Billings is a founding partner at Atwater Financial Group, a Montreal-based financial consultancy group. Mr Billings is also the president and CEO of Orex Exploration, a junior gold exploration company, and CEO of Argex Silver Capital.
Mr Billings has received an MBA with honors, from the Harvard Business School, and in 2002, was awarded the chartered financial analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute in Charlottesville, Virginia.
