news.UnitedHealth Group, a diversified health and well-being company, has appointed Larry Renfro as the new executive vice president and CEO of Ovations, the company's seniors health business and a Medicare operator.

Most recently, Mr Renfro was one of Fidelity Investments’s most senior executive officers and a member of the Fidelity executive committee, overseeing several of Fidelity’s non-investment business units. Mr Renfro was president and CEO of AARP Services, before he rejoined Fidelity in 2008.
