York Pharma announces senior management changes

York Pharma, a UK-based specialist dermatology company, has announced that Terry Sadler, the company's CEO and founder of the business will move to a new board position as president and founder. Mr Sadler will focus on strategic direction and development of the business. The company has also appointed Richard Anderson as its new CEO and Ian Miscampbell as its CFO.

Simon Ainley of Walker Ainley Associates will remain as a consultant to the company to ensure an orderly handover of responsibilities to Mr Miscampbell. Also, Lothar Nau and Michael Garrison will step down from their respective board positions as COO and commercial director.

Mr Anderson has over 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, principally with Astra Zeneca in a range of UK based and international roles and later as director of commercial planning.

Mr Miscampbell has qualified as a chartered accountant and spent eight years with KPMG in the UK and internationally. Subsequently, he has held the position of finance director within the pharmaceutical industry with ReNeuron, KS Biomedix Holdings, Microscience Holdings, Oxford Immunotec, and most recently William Ransom & Son.
