news.US-based PRA International, a clinical research organization, has announced a strategic partnership with South Korea-based full-service clinical research organization LSK Global Pharma Services and Japan-based pharmaceutical company Mediscience Planning.

The partnership between PRA Taiwan, the Taiwanese subsidiary of PRA International, Mediscience and LSK encompasses the joint management of multinational clinical trials in Asia as well as related services such as study monitoring and data management.
The addition of regulatory intelligence and investigator sites in Japan through Mediscience, and in South Korea through LSK, bolsters its ability to serve clients in Asia, said PRA International.
Susan Stansfield, executive vice president of product registration for Europe, Africa and Asia-Pacific at PRA International, said: “We are very pleased to broaden our Asian capabilities through this partnership. Through this collaboration, we are strongly positioned to meet the growing demand for pan-Asian clinical trials.”
