Boehringer Ingelheim has appointed Albert Ros as its new executive vice president of sales and marketing for the company's prescription medicines business.

In his new role, Mr Ros will lead the US sales and marketing strategy of Boehringer Ingelheim’s core brands. Mr Ros has been with Boehringer Ingelheim for 14 years and previously served as head of Boehringer Ingelheim’s corporate division for marketing of prescription medicines.
Mr Ros has earned a pharmacy degree from the University of Barcelona, an MBA from ESADE Business School in Barcelona, and a post graduate degree in general management from IESE Business School in Barcelona.
