Prime Therapeutics, a pharmacy benefit management company, has appointed Steven Blumenfield as its new chief marketing officer.

As chief marketing officer (CMO), Mr Blumenfield has overall responsibility for Prime’s marketing strategy, product development and other market-related initiatives. He will focus on continuing Prime’s expansion and in helping to enhance the value that Prime delivers to its Blue Cross and Blue Shield clients and employer groups.
Mr Blumenfield was most recently a health and welfare practice leader and principal at Towers Perrin. Mr Blumenfield has received his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Rutgers University and his MBA from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business in behavioral decision making and business Policy.
