BioClinica launches StudyView to boost clinical trials operational visibility

BioClinica, a global provider of integrated, technology-enhanced clinical trial management services, has unveiled its latest clinical trials portal and reporting centre, dubbed as StudyView, which boosts clinical trials operational visibility.

Completely integrated with BioClinica’s product suite and 21 CFR Part 11 compliant, the new platform offers one easy tool to access multiple eClinical applications, as well as analyze and report data across studies.

Eradicating the need for multiple logins, BioClinica’s StudyView offers powerful data visualization tools, which deliver analytics real-time data as well as operational decisions about clinical studies.

BioClinica e-clinical solutions president Peter Benton said that obtaining real-time operational visibility of clinical studies data can be a daunting task, especially when multiple systems are involved.

Using Microsoft business intelligence technologies, including as Power View and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), StudyView will create a range of summary and granular reports and surface them directly in SharePoint 2013 to visualize and investigate their data.

Its Rich dashboards provides data from different clinical studies in one view, making it easy to spot and reconcile inconsistent data, see trends and patterns, identify workload issues, and track data management at the site level.

Enabling operations personnel and data managers to efficiently allocate resources, StudyView makes it convenient to check which sites are behind schedule on enrollment and those experiencing difficulty with subject retention.
