news.Vitae Pharmaceuticals, which is engaged in the discovery and development of small molecule medicines, has appointed Tina Fiumenero as its new CFO.

Ms Fiumenero joined Vitae in January 2006 as senior vice president of finance and administration. Prior to joining Vitae Pharmaceuticals, Ms Fiumenero has spent 13 years at Bristol-Myers Squibb where she held a held a number of finance positions of increasing responsibility spanning US commercial operations, mergers and acquisitions and manufacturing.
