The 4-in-1 nutrition shake, which is available in chocolate and vanilla flavors, includes the company’s proprietary Revigor ingredient and 13 grams of protein to help protect, preserve and promote muscle health.
In addition, the shake includes plant-based omega-3 fatty acids to help support heart health, prebiotics and antioxidants C, E, & Selenium for immune system support, as well as calcium and vitamin D to promote bone health.
Abbott research and development science, innovation and education director Christine Steele said, "This 4-in-1 nutrition also makes Ensure Complete a great option for helping adults stay active and strong as they age."
The Ensure Complete nutrition shakes, which are available in four-packs of 8-fluid-ounce bottles, can be purchased at pharmacies, grocery stores, drug stores and mass merchandisers, or online.
