Under the transaction, Creative Edge Nutrition has purchased SDN’s assets, manufacturing and distribution agreements and intellectual properties.
Creative Edge Nutrition president and CEO Bill Chaaban said SDN adds immediate shareholder value by bringing existing customers, revenue and profit to the company.
"SDN focuses on developing ground-breaking innovative products for the athletic market, evidenced by its signature ROGUE(TM) products," Chaaban added.
SDN president and founder Jeff Thomas said the acquisition by Creative Edge Nutrition, sets the foundation of creating a new market leader, focusing on delivering innovative products that give immediate measurable results.
