Recordati has selected Cegedim Relationship Management to upgrade its customer relationship management (CRM) systems to Mobile Intelligence, as its next-generation CRM solution across Europe.

The company will use Mobile Intelligence for its primary care, specialty, key account management and over-the-counter commercial teams.
Mobile Intelligence features an intuitive Graphic User Interface (GUI) for increased user adoption, with the GUI being identical.
The system will enable the users to minimize administrative tasks and focus on building lasting relationships with their stakeholders.
Recordati president and CEO Giovanni Recordati said Mobile Intelligence enables us to meet the varying business needs from multiple countries while managing global and regional business rules from one system.
"In addition, its identical user interface when online or offline will enable increased user productivity," Recordati added.
