Following merger, LTS Nutraceuticals will be renamed as LTS International.
The proposed merger will result in cost savings and efficiencies allowing LTS Nutraceuticals to continue its plan for growth and global expansion.

Closure of the transaction is subject to customary approvals and conditions, including ratification of the Board of Directors for YTB and LTS, shareholder approval of YTB and applicable regulatory approvals.
LTS Nutraceuticals develops, manufactures, markets and distributes an expanding line of vitamins, vitamin boosters, dietary supplements and nutraceuticals.
