StayinFront, a provider of CRM systems, has announced expanded agreement with a New Jersey-based global biotechnology firm to include a range of technical services to support its entire enterprise.

As a part of the expanded contract, StayinFront will offer extended hours of technical support across a range of applications for their home office colleagues.
StayinFront’s technical staff will provide first tier phone and internet support to approximately 250 sales and marketing professionals on applications ranging from Microsoft Office to SAS, the company said.
StayinFront North America executive vice president and managing director Sam Barclay said they deliver a range of day-to-day, operational and technical services to ensure that our clients’ business needs are met.
