news.LTS Nutraceuticals, a manufacturer of nutritional and personal care products, has acquired Biocalth International, Giantceuticals, and HerbSource Enterprises (collectively Biocalth).

The company will begin marketing and distributing Biocalth products throughout the US and expanding its revenue opportunities in the bone health and joint health market.
The combined businesses manufacture nutraceutical products in the US and market and sell in Asia and Europe.
LTS Nutraceuticals CEO Jerry Rayman said the acquisition of Biocalth was a strategic opportunity for them to capitalize on a manufacturing facility as well as to penetrate the Asian markets.
"We are also excited to begin marketing Biocalth for the first time here in the U.S. through our retail channels," Rayman added.
