Mr Frank will remain as president and CEO of Nexcore Technology, an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of medical devices with headquarters in Waldwick, New Jersey. Prior to founding Nexcore Technology in 1999, Mr Frank co-founded the Xylog, an OEM manufacturer of turnkey electronic equipment.
Mr Frank received both BS and masters degrees in electrical engineering from the City College of New York.
Robert Freedman, chairman and president of Life Recovery Systems, said: “Milt Frank has been involved in the development and manufacturing of numerous electronic and digital devices for 30 years and has a hands-on knowledge of the ThermoSuit system.”
