Reckitt Benckiser, a global pharmaceutical and consumer goods company, has deployed Cegedim's Mobile Intelligence for iPad via Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) as its centralized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform for its Primary and Managed Markets commercial teams.

Reckitt Benckiser will also implement Cegedim Relationship Management’s integrated suite of Support Services, including Helpdesk and Asset Management.
According to Reckitt Benckiser, the Mobile Intelligence for iPad would provide seamless management of all commercial teams under one core system through its hierarchical model.
The tool is also expected to provide 360° view of all customer activity for improved visibility and collaboration besides offering life sciences specific offline and on-line functionality through an intuitive Graphical User Interface (GUI).
Cegedim Relationship Management North America president Angela Miccoli said their technology and innovations would help customers maximize the effectiveness of their commercial teams and operations.
