Patient Access Intelligence 11.5 includes patient payment estimation, charity care screening, financial counselling, demographic validation, insurance eligibility verification, registration error QA, patient payment risk segmentation and healthcare credit scoring.

The key feature of the system is the addition of real-time performance management analysis to the existing intuitive workflow interface.

In addition, it also has specially designed key performance indicators that indicate areas in need of additional focus and allow organizations to seamlessly shift resources to ensure that high-priority activities are completed on time.
