Ferrosan Consumer Health’s business provides dietary supplements and lifestyle product.
Pfizer Consumer Healthcare president Paul Sturman said they have taken an important step by adding Ferrosan’s brands to their existing portfolio as well as enhancing their presence in Nordic countries, Russia and Ukraine.
"Through this acquisition, we’ll have the opportunity to provide a broader portfolio of differentiated products to consumers," Sturman said.
