According to the deal, a new company Tasly-SemBioSys Pharmaceuticals will be set up in Tianjin, China, pharmabiz.com reported.
The new project intends to develop and commercialize many products including pharmaceutical, functional foods and nutraceuticals for China and the world.
Tasly is a major producer of Traditional Chinese Medicines (TCM) derived from plants.
