The software will be implemented by the pharma company for its commercial teams in the five largest European countries.
The tool, developed to cater to the needs of the sales and marketing teams, enables a comprehensive follow-up on daily activities of sales reps and an intuitive presentation tool.
Sinclair COO Christophe Foucher said they approached CRM for a global mobile application that could manage multi-country deployments from one core system.
"The goal is that the result is better quality calls and a sound return on investment," Foucher added.
