So far, Alliance has acquired the rights to more than 50 pharmaceutical products.
The company distributes its products through wholesalers, retail pharmacies, hospitals and an international network of distributors.
Alliance Pharma chief executive John Dawson said they continue to evaluate further acquisition opportunities to complement their organic growth.
