The new commercial organization will be known as hemophilia business unit and will become a part of Ipsen’s existing commercial organization.
As per the terms of the deal, Inspiration will use the hemophilia business unit to sell all its products in the European Union, Russia and other European countries (in a total of 53 countries).
Inspiration co-founder and chairman John Taylor the commercial partnership agreement with Ipsen is an important step forward in achieving their business objectives, while leveraging Ipsen’s resources, presence and experience in Europe.
