As per the deal, Heska will conduct research and development activities and is required to make certain payments to RDI.
In addition, Heska holds exclusive rights to sell resulting products in the companion animal health market worldwide.
RDI plans commercialization of diagnostic technology in the veterinary, human, food safety, agricultural, environmental, biohazard, bioterrorism and manufacturing process control testing markets.
