Banner Pharmacaps is a specialty pharmaceutical company engaged in research, development, and manufacturing of gelatin-based dosage forms.
Impax president and CEO Larry Hsu said in less than a year, they have entered into four distinct partnerships for alternate dosage form products as they continue to execute their strategy of diversifying their product base.
"Our business development activities will continue to focus on delivering growth from high-value products, technologies, and businesses in complementary dosage forms," Hsu said.
