news.Misonix has entered into a new three-year exclusive distribution and service agreement with Italy-based Siad Healthcare for the distribution of the SonaStar ultrasonic surgical aspiration system, the BoneScalpel ultrasonic bone cutting system and the SonicOne ultrasonic wound care system.

The agreement provides Siad Healthcare with the right to sell in Italy and includes minimum purchase requirements. Pursuant to a previous agreement, Siad Healthcare was already selling SonaStar and SonicOne and has placed multiple systems into Italian hospitals.
