Most recently, Mr Fender served as vice president and general manager for Osiris Therapeutics, a stem cell therapeutic company focused on developing and marketing products to treat medical conditions in the inflammatory, orthopedic and cardiovascular areas.
Keegan Harper, chairman of VertiFlex’s board of directors, said: “We are very pleased to have attracted Earl into the VertiFlex organization.
