news.Harvard Bioscience has announced that, Bryce Chicoyne has resigned as its CFO. Mr Chicoyne's resignation is effective May 9, 2008.

Mr Chicoyne will continue to work with the company and assist in transitional matters and in the completion of the company’s quarterly reporting process for the first quarter. Mr Chicoyne has accepted the position of CFO at another company and his resignation did not relate to any disagreements with the company on any matter related to operations, policies or practices.
Beginning on May 9, 2008, Susan Luscinski, in addition to her responsibilities as COO, will serve as the principal financial officer on an interim basis to succeed Mr Chicoyne.
