news.American Bio Medica or ABMC has signed a distribution agreement with Devor Global, a privately held firm located in the Republic of Panama.

Under the agreement, Devor has been granted the exclusive right to distribute ABMC’s Rapid STAT oral fluid drug test and Rapid TOX Cup urine based drug test in Latin America, subject to achieving and maintaining annual volume requirements. Devor has also been granted the non-exclusive right to distribute the rest of ABMC’s product lines within the territories of Latin America.
Stan Cipkowski, CEO of ABMC, said: “The principals of Devor are no stranger to ABMC or its products; they have been effectively distributing company’s products in Mexico for over 10 years and they are one of our top 10 customers. We expect they will have the same success in Latin America and are excited about the positive impact this will have on our international sales going forward.”
