news.Unity Management Group/MCC has entered into a distribution agreement with Italy-based B&D Italia Tablet Tooling, under which Unity/MCC Legacy will jointly produce the advanced Tablet Press on the market, by combining MCC/Legacy's instrumentation and calibration.

Under the agreement, Unity/MCC is expected to have all distribution and marketing rights in the US, and will increase their market share in new presses for Novartis and Pfizer; along with all the major pharmaceutical companies, giving them the latest technology available in both commercial production and Research and Development.
MCC/Legacy president Ron Berman said this is a tremendous step for the company and their revenues this year will increase more than $2m.
