news.DSM Pharmaceuticals Incorporation, a business unit of DSM Pharmaceutical Products and APT Pharmaceuticals have signed a manufacturing agreement under which DSM will produce the commercial drug supply as a sterile product for pulmonary delivery for APT Pharmaceuticals.

The agreement will utilize DSM’s commercial facilities in Greenville, North Carolina.
Howard Raff, COO of APT Pharmaceuticals, said: “DSM has a superior reputation in sterile manufacturing, experience with similar drug products, and an excellent working relationship with the FDA. In addition to their experience; they also have the capability to provide increased scale through commercialization.”
