Dilon and Naviscan reach settlement on patent rights

Dilon Technologies of Newport News, Virginia and Naviscan PET Systems of San Diego, California have settled their lawsuit over Dilon's medical imaging equipment.

On May 24, 2007 Naviscan filed suit against Dilon in the US District Court of California for possible patent infringement of six US patents directed to technology for detecting breast cancer.

The parties were able to quickly resolve the matter and are hopeful that joint cooperation will be part of their futures as they seek to advance the fight against breast cancer.
