Mylan appoints new chief compliance officer

Ms Lacerca has experience in multi-jurisdictional corporate compliance, international business transactions, pharmaceutical industry regulation, corporate policy and international environmental law.

She joins Mylan from Bristol-Meyers Squibb where she was director of compliance for Latin America, Canada and Puerto Rico. While there, she was responsible for all compliance-related matters in the regions. Prior to Bristol-Meyers Squibb, Ms Lacerca held executive and senior counsel positions with Merck & Co., Microsoft and AT&T.
