Rondaxe Enterprises hires new CEO

Rondaxe Enterprises, a company engaged in providing a suite of services that combines drug development consulting, project management, software applications and virtual business development designed specifically for pharma and biotech companies, has hired Kenton Shultis as CEO.

Prior to being named as Rondaxe Enterprises’ CEO, Shultis was responsible for the company’s Software Development and Pharma Consulting groups, where he oversaw a myriad of services including product development planning, quality systems design, API and formulation COGs evaluations, technology transfer support, process and facility engineering and supplier negotiations.

Prior to joining Rondaxe in 2008, Shultis was vice president of Operations and general manager of Organichem for AMRI after founding American Advanced Organics where he served as president for two years.

Shultis has served as director of Pilot Plant Development at Bristol-Myers Squibb, for 14 years, where he led several multiple site plant introduction programs.

Shultis also worked in Process R&D at Merck and in Fermentation Development at Abbott Laboratories.
