In his position, Elam will drive customer satisfaction and continue to expand Capitol’s involvement in local, national and international markets.
Before joining Capitol Scientific, Elam worked as a global platform sales manager in the High Purity Packaging Group at Advanced Technology Materials.
Capitol Scientific president Felix Ware said that Michael knows how to create and maintain explosive growth, while ensuring that the entire customer base is satisfied.
“He does this by deploying and leveraging trusted operational systems while coaching up his teams to execute within those systems thereafter,” Ware said.
