Creative Testing Solutions To Deploy Document, Training Management Systems Of Pilgrim Software

Creative Testing Solutions is set to deploy Pilgrim Software’s Document and Training Management systems to manage all documents and training records across the newly formed organisation.

Creative Testing Solutions is a collaboration between Blood Systems and Florida Blood Services that offers blood and tissue facilities access to a national network of high volume donor testing laboratories.

Pilgrim Software claimed that its Document Management solution improves organisational effectiveness, agility and competitiveness. It also helps businesses cost-effectively, manage, create and share critical documents and best practices (eg SOPs) across the entire enterprise.

Pilgrim’s configurable Training & Certification Management solution helps the companies to manage personnel skill sets and certification requirements, and streamline classroom and on-line course activities, thereby supporting operational success and overall profitability by ensuring an educated and proactive workforce, superior job quality, and industry and regulatory compliance.

Sally Caglioti, president of Creative Testing Solutions, said: “We selected Pilgrim’s solutions for our document management and training management needs due to its proven usage in the blood services industry.

“Pilgrim’s document management and training and certification management systems suited our requirements very closely. Additionally, by implementing the document and training systems in tandem, we eliminate the need for integration into a separate document management system.”

Prashanth Rajendran, chief operating officer for Pilgrim Software, said: “With Pilgrim’s centralised solutions, Creative Testing Solutions will have an effective closed-loop process in place that will support the blood industry’s strict regulations by offering broad visibility of SOPs, and ensuring employees are updated on the latest SOPs. This, in turn, will lead to ongoing worker effectiveness and overall operational efficiency within the new organisation.”
