news.Akrimax Pharmaceuticals has appointed Neil Larimer as vice president of business development & manufacturing alliances. His responsibilities will include strategic marketing and major contract development for products to be manufactured at Akrimax’s Rouses Point, New York facility.

Akrimax Pharmaceuticals said that Mr Larimer has 20 years of combined management, sales, marketing and operations experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Most recently, he has served as senior director of North America – sales & marketing at DPT Laboratories.
While at DPT, he successfully led numerous development and manufacturing programs for various pharmaceutical companies.
Prior to joining DPT Laboratories in 2001, Mr Larimer has held senior positions at Owens & Minor, National Labnet and Baxter/VWR Scientific Products.
