NxStage Signs Distribution Agreement With Gambro

NxStage’ subsidiary, Medisystems has signed a five year distribution agreement with Gambro. Under the agreement, Medisystems will supply blood tubing sets, including the ReadySet and the Streamline to Gambro. Gambro, in turn, will supply the bloodlines to certain customers for use with specific dialysis machines.

Streamline is designed to reduce dialysate flow, dialyzer size, and treatment time, minimize heparin and waste, and optimize dose delivery, as measured in Kt/V.

Bloodlines are essential products used to deliver in-center dialysis treatments to patients with renal failure.
