eBioscience Corporation, a provider of cell analysis reagents, has acquired NatuTec GmbH, a distributor of biological research reagents located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
The NatuTec acquisition is expected to help eBioscience strengthen its customer service, technical support and overall brand in Europe.
Todd Nelson, CEO of eBioscience, said: “The NatuTec acquisition provides eBioscience with the ability to streamline the distribution of our products by increasing customer service, technical support and customer fulfillment within the region and it strengthens the eBioscience brand within Europe.”
