Santa Cruz Nutritionals claimed that one serving of two fruit flavored gummies provides four grams of soluble fiber. The company added that FiberAdvance Gummies are made with inulin, a natural source of fiber that is extracted from the roots of the chicory plant which stimulates the growth and activity of the good bacteria that is essential to digestive and overall health.
