Connectyx signs licensing agreement with Instant Medical History

Connectyx Technologies Holdings Group, a developer of intelligent software and provider of technology related services, has signed a three year agreement with Instant Medical History, a provider of patient interviewing technology, to license IMH's patient interviewing software.

Through Connectyx’s MedFlash product, the company will be able to provide a solution that is compatible with various physician electronic medical records interviewing technologies provided by large corporations such as General Electric, Cerner, Epic, NextGen, Sage and eClinicalWorks, among others.

The integration of Instant Medical History’s (IHM) patient interviewing technology with MedFlash will enable Connectyx to reach a larger pool of potential members across the country.

Ronn Schuman, president and CEO of Connectyx, said: “The synergistic relationship between our two technologies will allow patients to be more in control of their own medical records and deliver up-to-date, accurate, and timely information to their physicians, which will assist in providing more effective and efficient care.

“MedFlash will be a great adjunct to Instant Medical History’s existing physician network and IMH will give MedFlash enhanced exposure in the physician market place.”
