news.Cmed, a clinical research organization and a technology development company, has appointed Stephanie Langouet as its new global head of biometrics.

Ms Langouet has degrees in computer science and physiology. Since graduation her career has been in data management, programming, data systems and validation, process and change management, compliance and performance management.
Ms Langouet has worked for pharmaceutical, biotech and contract research organizations (CRO) organizations in roles of increasing responsibility.
David Connelly, CEO of Cmed, said: “We are delighted to welcome Stephanie Langouet to Cmed. Stephanie brings extensive experience in data management, clinical systems and process management. Her leadership and management skills will be key to maintaining the success of Cmed’s CRO operations in data management and statistics/statistical programming.
