news.Inovio Biomedical, a developer of vaccines to treat cancers and chronic infectious diseases, has appointed Ng Khiang to its board of directors.

Mr Khiang is a co-founder, partner and director of multiple investment companies, including Evia Capital Partners and Evia Growth Opportunities since 2004, and has been a director of Grenidea Technologies since 2003, of Venture TDF since 2001 and of Wing Huat Loong since 1991.
From 2002 through 2006, Mr Khiang served as a director of Asia Growth Opportunities and Raintree Ventures, investors in Inovio. Mr Khiang has an MSc in industrial engineering from Stanford University.
