news.etrials Worldwide, a provider of adaptive eClinical software and services, has appointed James Emerson as its new vice president of technology and development.

Previously, Dr Emerson has served as director of computer resources at KPMG in its New York executive office; vice president of technology at Pansophic Systems; president of RTI Software; and senior vice president at Marsh USA.
Dr Emerson holds a PhD in computer science from the New York Polytechnic Institute, a MBA from Seton Hall University and a BS in physics from the University of Florida.
