New BINDER Inc. North American Facility Enhances Customer Experience

Attending the official opening, Peter M. Binder, company chairman, noted that the highly regarded BINDER products and a superior market development effort in the U.S. led to the need for expansion. "BINDER equipment is renowned for consistent, reliable performance and providing great value for customers," he said. "The larger location will enhance customer service and provide a base for continued growth."

"We began operations in the proverbial garage in 2004," said Uwe Ross, president of BINDER Inc., pointing out that the company’s steady and impressive growth was part of a straightforward plan: "The first quarter of 2011 was our best ever, following continued year over year growth." Ross continued, "It’s a well-known formula — provide the best products and understand the customer’s needs. We now cover all of the Americas out of our Bohemia, New York location."

BINDER Inc. offices and warehouse operations in the U.S. had been in two separate locations prior to the move. Bringing the entire North American team together increases efficiency, while the new location provides capacity for housing an increasing number of products in an expanding line. Greater capacity enhances product customization, validation and service abilities. BINDER Inc. is an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer.
